Dr. Scott Vinciguerra, CEO & Coach

Coach V has over 20 years of experience working with student-athletes from the modified to the professional levels.  As a former cross-country, indoor & outdoor track coach he has coached League, Sectional, Regional, and New York State Champions, as well as Junior Olympics National Qualifiers.  Additionally, he has coached basketball at the modified through varsity levels and was the Head Coach of a Men’s Professional Basketball Team in Sweden.  Coach V strives to guide student-athletes to reaching their fullest potential each and every day.

Will Hicks, Senior Associate Consultant & Coach

Coach Hicks is responsible for our athletics performance and coaching clinics at the high school and collegiate levels.  As Syracuse University’s assistant athletics director for athletic performance, Coach Hicks is responsible for the strength and conditioning programs for Olympic sports.

Hicks has coached several prominent professional athletes during his career, including NFL All-Pros Dwight Freeney (Indianapolis, San Diego and Arizona) and Chandler Jones (New England), Super Bowl Champions Arthur Jones (Baltimore and Indianapolis), Jameel McClain (Baltimore and New York Giants) and David Tyree (New York Giants), in addition to recent Syracuse graduates and current NFL players Ryan Nassib (New York Giants), Justin Pugh (New York Giants), Jay Bromley (New York Giants) and Shamarko Thomas (Pittsburgh Steelers).

A Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S.), Hicks attained (*E) Emeritus status from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) in 2011. In 1999, Hicks was named the Strength and Conditioning Professional of the Year by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

 Due to the nature of and regulations set forth by the NCAA, Coach Hicks does not have any direct contact with high school student-athletes.
