Coaching Session Philosophy & Methodology

Coaching is a strategic partnership in which the coach empowers the client to clarify goals, create action plans, move past obstacles, and achieve what the client chooses.

Your 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions will focus on:

  • Sharpening your preparation routine

  • Developing strategies to work through stress, anxiety of competition

  • Strengthening your Emotional Intelligence

  • Redefining your capacity for resilience and adversity

  • Obtaining a relentless pursuit of progress, not perfection

We will follow this model in our Coaching Sessions:

Phase I: Introduction & Opening Session – Who are you as an employee, leader, strengths, opportunities for growth, goals, big picture exploration, influencing factors, competing priorities.

Phase II: Focused & Engaged Plan – Prioritize, Strategize, Action Planning, Progress & Success.

Phase III: Closing Sessions – What did you get?
